Boat needs work as listed below: Rubrail needs refiberglassing, Top sides need painting, Deck hardware needs rebedding , Deep Freeze currently not working may need thermostat replaced, There is a bladder tank aboard but not hooked up. Hot Tub in the V berth which needs to be painted or gellcoated and the drain pump which is a 12 volt bilge pump needs work. 3 jibs and 1 mainsail all probably need to be replaced, Cosmetic work and CLEANING as she is sitting in a gravel marina, There is a nice hanging closet in the back and large set of drawers. Pilot House is great in poor weather and cool in hot weather, side doors can be folded back for cross ventilation.
